My preferences:

PG - Pass first PG, preferably someone who can shoot 3s. Defense is a plus. Also welcome defensive driving PGs.
SG - Better 3 and D guy than my current guys such as Harris/McCollum
SF - Better 3 and D guy than Harris
PF - Prefer an efficient scorer with rebounding
C - Low volume rim protector, and rebounder
