IP Permanently Banned

For some reason, I'm permanently banned from the forums (IP address) on my phone. . . any idea why that might be?

Happened to me a few months ago. Not sure if admin were able to unban it or it did it automatically but it has been fixed.

Yeah, that's the funny thing. If I connect through Wi-Fi on my phone I'm good. Through my data, no bueno.
