Thunder have "verbal" trade in place

Post by 8timechamp »

After not landing Brook Lopez, the Thunder moved on quickly and found themselves a new center. This center is solid, and can start for any team. Eric Gordon is rumored to be part of the deal. Two of the weaknesses of the Thunder are youth, and not having another solid big besides Vonleh to clog the lane, causing Vonleh to get into foul trouble. This new center is a walking double double. Add to the fact he hasn't even reached age 30 yet.

When asking 8time about the rumored deal, his response was, "I won't discuss any potential done deals with anyone. But what I can say is, I am looking to tweak the lineup."

More to come Dec. 31st...

Solid center? can start for any team? Walking double-double? Hasn't reached 30 yet?

I don't remember agreeing to trade Daniel Miller :)

For future reference, this is pretty much the definition of a wiretap article.

But I'm curious who the walking double-double is.

It's Kennedy Meeks. Do I need to reveal all trades?

I forgot to add, per 36 he is a double double. Let's just say this team has a bunch of bigs and doesn't need one. And he fits well next to Vonleh.

It says younger then 30, Hibbert is 30 so I don't think that's the center being targeted.

At least.
Biyombo then, but I don't see the offensive side of that walking double double lol
Or Miller!
