----------------
The Center
Nikola Vucevic - 64 SCR 84 ORB 79 DRB 60 DEF
We try to get him back to 2-3 years back, OKC form, where he played about 30 minutes tried 10 shots, made 46%. 70% from the FT.
We will play him about 27 mpg, and are happy for 10 ppg 10 rpg 1 bpg!
Mason Plumlee - 59 ORB 73 DRB 61 DEF 63 BLK 72 DI 67 IQ
We liked what he did in LAC. 24 mpg off the bench 52% shooting 5,5 ppg 5,8 rpg 1,7 bpg.
We will play him about 21 mpg. He will take about 5 shots a game, and if he makes them at 50%, I am happy. So 5 ppg 5 rpg 1,5 bpg would be cool!
The Power Forward
Josh Smith - 74 SCR 59 HDL 71 DRB 80 DEF 63 BLK 66 STL
We only played him 25,8 mpg and he still scored 18,6 ppg (with 13,4 shot, as his FG% was 58, league 7th) did not shoot 3 pointers, career low 2 TOpg, also 2 spg 1,1 bpg, next to Jordan still managed to grab 5,6 rebounds.
This year we give him 28 mpg and if he does similar work, I am already good!
Jeff Green - 70 SCR 64 DEF
With 19,5 minutes he was 9,4 ppg (41%) 77% FT 4 rpg
This season I play him 17 mpg. Hope to get that % up, and we are happy with 9 ppg 4 rpg from him.
The Small Forward
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist - 64 HDL 62 ORB 72 DRB 91 DEF 69 STL
We think MKG can do a lot better.
We give him 28 mpg and gives us 9 pts with 45% (near 70% FT) 5+ rpg 1,5 spg and 1+ bpg. He just has to defend.
Marcus Eriksson - rookie
He will get minutes to test his ORB and outside shooting. If he shows any potential, he will be a 14 mpg guy.
Cedi Osman - rookie
DEF ability may keep him in the floor for 10 mpg.
The Shooting Guard
Jared Dudley - 65 HDL 67 DEF
He has skilles to be a 10 ppg (45% FG 40% 3PT) 3 rpg 1 spg in 20 minutes. Be our 3&D guy.
Patrick Heckman - rookie
Potential to be a good 3&Dguy. May get up to 18 mpg.
Troy Williams - rookie
HDL DEF DI IQ potential will give him minutes, would like to give him 12 mpg, but this is to be seen.
If I want a dog fight game, I will use a Rondo-Williams-MKG-Smith-Vucevic lineup.
The Point Guard
Rajon Rondo - 88 PAS 67 HDL 84 DEF 71 STL 85 DI 74 IQ
He is our favorite player in the League. He was our for only 24 games, but we fell in love!
We try to get his FG% near 45%, 3PT% near 35%. Other stats I don't care for.
He plays his game, I am happy with that!
He will play about 32 mpg as he is our Captain.
Kyle Anderson - 65 PAS 60 DRFL 82 DI 77 IQ
He will be playing PG, SG, SF, PF for me, so I really value him.
We love that he brings everything to the table.
He will have the most up and down minutes. Starting from only 12 mpg up to 30 mpg.
We would love to keep the average near 24 mpg, like last season.
Mission is to get him shooting 40% from the deep on 3-4 attempts.
He also is a player whos stats I really don't care for. I know he can be 10+ppg 5+apg player, but we like his multi-position play more.
Rondo-Anderson-MKG-Smith-Plumlee is another lineup we will use.
Wael Arakji - rookie
He has potential to be very good, at very least a good shooting PG.
Will play 10 mpg, if he shows potential can get up to 16mpg.

Overall
We have our 8 guys who will be our core 8 at first, but the best 2-3 rookies will make my plans for Team 10 come true.
As I may go this far as play 12 men every game.
I have 43 minutes left after my goals on core 8. So it is 8,6 mpg for all 5 rookies.
Some get more, some less, but all get the chance to show their game!
And I also try to get 1 good FA (20 mpg) on minimum salary, so it can make it a core 9, and 23 minutes on 5 rookies.
At the end of the day, rookies are for potensial, and if I find 1-2 who can play now, good for me!
I super love my team!
