Who's hot, who's not? (Week 8)
HOT
1. Brooklyn - 12 in a row and counting? the Defending Champs is cruising on and seems nobody can stop it, atleast in the Regular Season.
2. Milwaukee - the Bucks has quietly made a jump with 4 consecutive wins and 7 of the last 8 games.
3. Lakers - look who's here? The GMless Lakers is now on a 4-game winning streak. There might be some hope of a turnaround here.
4. Memphis - the Grizz is close to being in full health and they are starting to deliver what is expected of them.
5. Miami - if there's one team who can challenge the Nets for the top spot, it's the Heat. They are winners of 7 of the their last 10 games and are knocking on the Nets' door.
NOT
1. Indiana - the Pacers are the worst this week, with a 7-game losing skid. They are also losers of 9 of the last 10 games.
2. Detroit - next is the Pistons who is also in the same division of the worst team this week. They are on a 6-game losing streak although part of it was due to the season ending injury to their lead guard Kevin Porter.
3. Phoenix - the Suns is halfway behind the worst record in the league and might soon be dead last with their GM nowhere to be found lately.
4. New Orleans - currently holds the worst record in the season's standings. The trade for Monk doesn't seem put them on the winning spectrum just yet but probably time will tell.
5. Toronto - as i've said a while back, the only thing that could block the Raptors resurgence is their injury problem and it proves to be their biggest setback.

Nice to be featured again, thanks. We need the second half of the season to work on our offense to peak in time for the playoffs.

Re: Who's hot, who's not? (Week 8)
Damn guess I missed the cut on the hot list again(6/8 wins with all my injuries)
All good. I'll probably make the not hot list next week as we have tough schedule coming up

This is probably the last lol can't get any pick, there might be no use for scouting anyway haha
There's not enough discussions around the league also, so this might be futile lol

Brooklyn Nets are streaking and I'm not looking to make any moves to ruin this. The less fingerprints I have on this entire operation, the better!

We are here; just hard to sit and watch a car crash and try and do anything but look away. Tried out some different lineups in my head; just don’t think the team has the talent to make it work unfortunately; all my eggs are in the writing long form articles and draft stuff rn

Just keep being patient, the rebuild will be inevitable as long as you don't rush it.thecoolestjedi wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2024 5:57 pm We are here; just hard to sit and watch a car crash and try and do anything but look away. And it can be fun, drafting is an interesting process and seeing the guys develop is a cool progress!
But it can be painful too.

Trying over here; it’s definitely not my favorite thing to do in a multiplayer league but being middle of the play-I’m teams wasn’t a good strategy either; hopefully I can build something out of Cade.
Even this season from below Cade is having hasn’t been all a bust; some positivesAnd it can be fun, drafting is an interesting process and seeing the guys develop is a cool progress!

Since I don’t have a 1st round pick, they told me there’s no draft this year.
