Who's hot, who's not? (Week 7)

1. Brooklyn - unlike in previous seasons, the Nets has been very good this regular season and with most of their core are in their prime, i smell a dynasty in the making.

2. Portland - the Blazers are silently on the rise with a 5-game winning run. They have been burning the hoops especially from downtown, thanks to Hali, Fultz and Jessup.

3. Washington - the Wizards are a legit threat out East but seems having trouble keeping role players with a revolving door. Hopefully they've found it with the latest acquisition in Isaac and Middleton.

4. Atlanta - the Hawks are on a mini winning run of three and 5 of the last 6. What's impressive is they have beaten the likes of Miami, Milwaukee, Cleveland in this stretch and almost beat Brooklyn in OT.

5. New York - the Knicks are starting to play well since the arrival of Frank Jackson. They actually have not lost since then. There confidence is on a high level after learning that they have been playing with a default coach settings in that dismal start to the season.

NOT
1. Orlando - the Magic are on a 10-game losing skid but they have started to address the matter lately with several trades here and there. Next week could be a make or break though they are not worrying that much because they have their pick anyway.

2. Chicago - losers of 4 games in a row, the Bulls are actually playing to win but their young core is not ready to compete at a high level just yet.

3. Golden State - the Warriors are on a slump and they don"t really know what hit them. It's a growing pain and disappointment for this proud franchise who topped the conference for the past couple of years.

4. Utah - the Jazz just can't play consistently. They were great in some games but awful more often. With their pick not in their hand, they have to act quick or else a regretful season is at stake.

5. Memphis - the Grizz got hit by the injury bugs with Wagner unable to play for a week already. Good thing they are talented enough to probably survive this upcoming stretch.

Well we've made the list of shame. Took longer than I anticipated but there it is!

Portland deserves a lot of credit. They are playing some great basketball. Maybe Hoard is bad juju...

From not to hot in a week. Hopefully we can continue to win. All my bigs are injured like Winslow, Bradley and Hamilton. So it's gonna be tough until they return in 10 games or so

Good to get on the "good" side. We do play better than expected, lets enjoy it as long as it lasts!

Doug really has Portland going strong too, what a quick turnaround for the Blazers. And it seems the addition of Jackson and finally a PG on the New York roster works out. Luka will be happy.

Best part is developing future stars and playing with lineups and draft. I've been through a whole rebuild with the OKC Thunder. It wasn't easy, but having guys you trusted at the end of the day really helped the process long term, plus made it fun.

Fun experiment I would try again if possible - fair trade offers.

Also to add,
I never switched coach setting on and never payed attention to it tbh. Not sure if I knew it existed.

Guess the hate got that bad towards myself.. Resulting in this unfortunate situation smh

I've put in a lot of time in this league, most of which was rebuilding/molding the team into a potential winner. I'm going to enjoy every moment of being a winner and legit title contender for as long as possible.
