Mayweather v Pacman
My hearts want Pacman to shut Mayweather up but my guts is telling me that the Money Man will win.

These are exactly my sentiments. I'm heading down to Mohegan Sun to check this one out as this is probably going to be the biggest boxing match of my lifetime and I'm only 28 years old.Rob wrote:My hearts want Pacman to shut Mayweather up but my guts is telling me that the Money Man will win.

Re: Mayweather v Pacman
If it wwas a few years back, it had potential to be the best (or rather biggest) fight in boxing history imo.andrei wrote:Not sure what is the opinion of the boxing world but is this really bigger than lewis v tyson or hollyfield v tyson, or lewis v klitchko and many more...
As for the fight itself, I really don't see Manny doing anything to Floyd. I would take Mayweather by unanimous decision.

Re: Mayweather v Pacman
Buddy of mine just shot me a text saying he's buying the fight if I want to come over...
Problem is I open at work tomorrow and have to be there at 4am. So, will not be going to see this fight.
As mentioned earlier, 5 years ago I would have put my money on Pac-Man. Tonight? Can't see Manny getting past Floyd.

Re: Mayweather v Pacman
well it was a good 12 round fight. Floyd dominated the first 2 rounds and it was tough for Manny. He seemed to struggle wit Floyd's defense. HIs punches rarely got through so a good win.

Yea people are saying manny won but not many of his punches were landing. He had the crowd hyping him which made it seem as if he was winning but Floyd controlled the fight

Now all this injured shoulder talk for Manny. Either way, I don't think he could have beaten Floyd. He was barely landing any of his punches as it was.

Re: Mayweather v Pacman
Yeah, that sounds like a BS report to me, guess we'll have to see what happens, but nonetheless even if he had a brand new shoulder or whatever the case, he wasn't winning that fight last night, with that game plan.Rizzo wrote:Now all this injured shoulder talk for Manny.
