Stepping down

Post by Marcos_Beck »

Well, maybe I'm going to regret it a lot some day, but I really think it's time to step down as Bulls manager right now.

I just want to say thank you guys, I had an amazing experience right here, best sim league I've ever been.
Thank you also Myles, Dylan, Adam and Jace for all your hard work. You guys can be sure I really appreciated every single minute you guys put here and did my best to contribute in every single way I could.

Just don't feel like continuing now. No motivation at all, sim leagues are supposed to be fun and I'm having no fun right now. So let someone else take care of da Bulls and guide them all the way to a ring.

Wish you guys nothing but the best.
Thanks for letting me be a part of the community. Appreciated my time here a lot.

Best regards and may the best team win!

It is sad to see you stepping down, you are one of the most active GM.
We had fun with all of our trade talks.
Best wishes, hope you will reconsider this.

Cant believe you step down because the trade failed. I know nearly the same happened some time ago (as you know Tempera told me), but there are so many possible trades still out there. So motivate yourself again and delete this thread. Rose needs someone with IQ to guide him in the right direction!

I saw this coming from a mile away. I've seen my fair share of quitters after failed trades in 7 years of doing this, so...no surprise for me really. Some can live with it some cant. It's a shame to see you fall into that category of a sore loser though, but good luck in the future !

I actually feel the same as far as motivation is concern mainly because of simming inconsistency. Make no mistake about it, i appreciate the work done by the admins but if we would continue like this, it's going to frustrate a lot of GMs putting a lot of time for the league. Just my sentiments anyway but i'll be here as long as the league stays.

As for Marcos, good luck man. Hope to see you around still and maybe return some time.

I was going to say I do feel it a little and miss my old Raptors and the time put into them but by reading the above posts, guess it's not about that.

All the best. We had some great trade chats that's for sure.

Know what you are talking about. Not long ago I spent the time I got 30% on the NLL Page and 70% here. Actually its 90% NLL and 10% here. To be honest I dont even really check for Sims lately (neither do I read articles or whatever). No offense, and like rhox I will stay no matter what. But league needs definitely a turnaround again. Myles is putting in so much work and it would be sad if its wasted time.

I also kind of saw this coming as Mitch said, but hope you re-consider.

Truth of the matter is there does need to be a simmer that is dedicated to simming. Or there needs to be more people with the ability to do so. Missing sims is going to hurt the league and article production.

What does a simmer have anything to do with this situation?

Seems completely irrelevant.

Rhoxxy and Dennis said they feel the same way because of inconsistent sims. That's what my comment was directed to.

good I was sad walking frame he is a good person and put all the dedication as gm, helped me a lot to send my files even with excel, so I am very grateful, I consider him a friend made this league very entertaining place, I've been a little listless knowing you're going, I hope you come back soon because there are few manager with so much passion and commitment. until forever friend!

Just noticed this thread, it was good to get to know you Marcos, very active GM that'll be hard to replace and I hope it isn't because of the trade which apparently jake didn't agree to.

Anyway nice run while you were around man, take care.
