Great read, you're one of the best strategists in the league and although you have serious issues with your backcourt (imo) I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up being a top 3-4 seed and a contender. Goodluck!

Very in depth read, good stuff man! I really felt bad for you when Lowry left, but you have done your best to fill in some of those holes. You've always been a great GM who can maximize unheard talent, so I will be watching closely to see how guys like Richardson, Scott, Jones, and Diez will progress.

Good read there!
I was definitely more afraid of last season's team than this one because of the fact that LeBron is aging, the bench is almost all made of players who would barely figure into my rotation (of course, because I added depth at the expense of starting talent). All in all, Smith was one of my favorite Bulls' because of his do it all skillset and him and Bron should be able to play at a high level without any major problems even with the depth.. but not having Lowry to slow down Derrick will be huge should we meet again in my favor.
I'm sure you'll find a way of making postseason so looking forward to meeting you there!

It really hurts that you lost Lowry. A starting five of Lowry - Smith - James - Monroe - x would have been the best in the league. However, I like that you werent upset about it and made the best out of it. Scott can be a decent starting PG for your team and he doesnt need to score much next to Monroe, Smith and James, so he can concentrate on controlling the ball.
Definitely a playoff team and Im pretty sure we will lose to you tomorrow. You are a great tactician.

I don't think so. The most likely scenario is that we start the season 0-3 (Bulls, Celtics and Rockets).

Ha, I wouldn't say we're rivals. I'm certainly not going to be pissed if we lose to the Bucks. We just have very different opinions on the def rating, which you can tell by looking at our rosters. I just know when it's worth getting into a debate and when it's a waste of everyone's time.
Completely forgot about this rivalry game...

Phx won 111-90....next matchup 3/24!
