A lot of good things, on and off the court. On the court enhances some ratings, off the court (combined with others) increases the chances of player development.

i think they light up if a player has elite ratings in the relevant categories. as far as I know there's no added bonus or anything. We don't control those when creating a player.

The only thing I understand is that personalities can gel (ex. performer and worrier) or clash (ex. mediator and artist), the latter which results in incident reports which in turn lower your player relationship %'s.

Not on the first one, I don't know on the second one.

FWIW I did find this on the Wolverine forums from Gary, though more specifics were difficult to come by:

I've never managed my D-League affiliated team because I never sent any player, but this year I have Shahrvin there. So if I tweak my D-League team DC, is it exported alongside my CSL team or should I log in with the D-League team?

Need some clarification on this CBA quote please:

4.10 Hard Cap Signing Restrictions
Teams can exceed the hard cap with their salary holds, but may never exceed the hard cap with guaranteed salary.

Does this mean you can exceed the $90M hard cap with the hold itself (ex: holds total $95M) but the contract once signed cannot bring team salary over $90M, if so you risk losing said player because you cannot resign them.

Looking at these scenarios not only for myself with my RFA's but also other teams, thanks!

Ya if I am not mistaken the cap hold doesn't count in terms of your actual hard cap calculation, It's the final contract amount that counts.
