The CSL

Core Players:

• Kyrie Irving – would take a king’s ransom to pry him away from this franchise that includes a young, dominant big man
• George DePaula – going to develop into an elite PG
• Moe Harkless – on perhaps the best contract in the league and an elite defender while still averaging 15.3 points, 6.9 boards
• Damien Inglis – one year left on his rookie deal and we are still learning about his true potential; played out of position all season long and is still developing
• Ian Mahinmi – missed time due to injury but when healthy we love what this guy brings to our team; would be much better suited as a backup big

Available:

• Juwan Staten – love this kid as a spark plug off the bench but need to consolidate our guards for help elsewhere
• Nick Young – good scorer off of the bench with one year left on minimal deal
• Ekpe Udoh – good defensive big to bring off of the bench
• Shayne Whittington – two years left on his rookie deal; good rebounder and shot blocker for the price
• PJ Hairston – refuses to shoot the ball but when he does he rarely misses

Unrestricted Free Agents:

• Kelly Olynyk
• CJ Wilcox
• Jordan Vandenberg

Team Needs:

• Legitimate starting center that can defend and rebound
• Stretch four with some semblance of rebounding ability

Juwan Staten is available in a trade as we try to consolidate at the PG position. Looking for a power forward that can either stretch the floor, rebound or both.

Call us crazy but we are making Kyrie Irving available in trade talks. Any deal we would agree to for Irving would obviously need to include copious amounts of young talent and draft picks. Let's see what's available for the all-league guard.
