Boston, Massachusetts - Are there already finished trades? "For now I cant confirm any trades", Celtics GM Dennis said during last weeks media-day just to add "but we are close to finish something". Rumors are saying the Celtics are looking to make major moves. Boston won the Atlantic division title last season and got eliminated by Indiana in the semifinals - one could say it was a solid season for a team nobody projected to be a playoff team in the first place, but the front office isnt satisfied, "there is only one goal every season - the title. Miami and OKC struggled during the postseason and it would have been our chance, but being unable to beat the Pacers was disappointing, obviously we have to change something." GM Dennis wasnt open to confirm any names but announced the team is mainly looking for a center able to man the middle. "Faverawsome had a good year and he will most likely stay in Boston, still the top teams all have a star center they build their teams around and we need one too." There are several players that could leave Boston within the next weeks including topstars like Rajon Rondo, Larry Sanders and solid rotation player like Brandon Knight, Jared Sullinger and Carlos Delfino. It seems only center Vitor Faverani and point guard Goran Dragic are very likely to stay for another season.

@andrei, I somehow believe we could have been better with some different player. There are only a few I would trade Sanders or Rondo for, but if one of them is available I wont hesitate

@jon, the offer we discussed close to the deadline is still on the table

@willy, the only thing I can promise is, that Goran will stay. Unless somebody has the feeling he needs to offer LeBron or Durant for him ^^

BTW, anyone noticed Redick's postseason statline?

You really did get the best of Dragic. I don't see you moving him like you said.

I think Rondo is the odd man out here, I'd move him and hopefully that frees up USG%. A core SF would be a nice target and maybe flushing out the bench in free agency. You had a great season, I'd keep the role players you got so much out use Knight, Rondo and/or maybe Sullinger to grab a star wing/answer to George.

Yeah we will draft a SF:).. Your Post is Spot on. Trying to Package Rondo with x for a Star Center or Wing. So far Nobody is interested. Would Love to put a PG like Hill next to Goran.
