Can the Sheppard work his magic?

*for fun*

Ben Sheppard had an interesting rookie season. After being drafted too high by "experts", the Sheppard showed how valuable he can be after being on the All Rookie Team. He held it down in the playoffs when Terrance Ferguson got injured. Sheppard was able to average 5 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks and almost a steal in 28 minutes per game. Sure the Knicks lost but Ben was able to gain great experience in the playoffs.

Second year Sheppard is supposed to take the place that Justice Winslow held down. While Winslow could play power forward and small forward, Sheppard can play shooting guard and small forward. Just like Justice Winslow, Ben Sheppard can play various positions and has a knack to score the ball by slashing his way to the basket for an open layup. Even though that's not his best trait, it's helpful. He's basically a 3/D but without the 3 but more D and toughness, while not getting into foul trouble.

The interesting part of this is that Sheppard still has some more potential left. The ratings you see now aren't the ratings he will have later in the season or even next training camp. Now that's scary!

Even if Ben Sheppard doesn't turn out like Victor Wembanyama, he will at the end of his career be a top 5 pick in the Victor Wembanyama draft.

Now to talk about Ismael Kamagate... Just kidding

Sheppard was one of the first picks you made i liked. I would have loved to have traded up to get him. Foolish, however, to think he will be a top 5 player from his class.
FINALLY a logical HC Rule our work is done

Appreciate it. Mathews will erupt sooner than later too I think. Scary Terry took Spurs to Finals and we know about SJJ 8-) haha

But would you rather have the "potentially" 2nd best player in the class, Jeremy Sochan over Sheppard?

Lol unleash Kamagate

Sheppard is rock solid and he's in good situation where scoring is not required of him. This is probably the kind of player that everyone wants to have on their team behind an alpha scorer.

Soon I will unleash him. He was in a bad situation in Dallas so I need to refine his skills with preference work. Could be another week or two.

And thanks 👍
