Ja Morant was rumored to be on the block as soon as the team welcomed their new show runner. For once the rumors were true and behind the scenes teams were reported to be making offers and inquiries about Ja for the last few days. When the dust settled Charlotte
Had acquired a beast of a SF in EJ Liddell who is rumored to maybe play a little PF and maybe a.timy bit of center this yr .


Charlotte also brought in a new SG in Jalen Green who Charlotte believes can continue to grow and blossom here in Charlotte. According to Washington they believe he's got enough room to grow in the scoring department that they were pretty high on the kid . Charlotte also picks up Washington's 2036 2nd Rd pick and this new regime loves themselves some picks so this will go along way to start stockpiling picks.

Only time will tell how the new guys fair in Charlotte

Nice pickups for Morant. A 6’6, 225 center will get crushed in this engine though. Better to keep him as a hybrid forward. Could probably play SG too if I remember his handles right

Yea I was thinking more of maybe emergency use not anything regular but good to know the engine does like that frame

Jalen Green is a player that I scouted extensively, his handle and scoring combo is lethal. Should be good longterm. Obviously the franchise is Nikola Jovic.

Agreed I really like Green and hope he develops nicely I know I can't get to attached to players as I'll have to trade them one day so trying my best not to get too attached to any one player. I know it will a be a balancing act with limited salary to use and roster spots and each year is it own balancing act within one big franchise balancing act

Jovic is a great player to build around. Outside of Hachimura no one plays defense, though. Not sure if the idea is going all out on offense or to patiently add the right pieces around Jovic.
