Crazy payroll just in Rondo, MKG and Smith for their overall output but on paper, the team looks solid enough.

I give you .500 ball at best though. Just too many holes but should be a solid defensive team which will give you some wins.

30 sounds about right, maybe 35. Not a playoff team though.

I know how much you value depth but good players have to play. You don't bench MKG or Smith so they only play 28 minutes only to give the rest to an unproven second round pick.

And you need shooting

But you have the most important thing which is the confidence and determination. And you are always so passionate which is something that will always have my respect as a GM.
Good luck Tanel!

Part of me wants to see your team do good to prove the doubters wrong, but the other part of me wants you to do horrible because I have your first..

Either way good luck

I couldn't get Smith to sign a 16 mil contract, so I had a chance to overpay or let him go. I am happy I got him without a raise.
He is a very good offence guy with good defence, not many players like him, and for 3 years he shouldn't decline.
I think he is very undervalued in this league. :P

Was there another suitor? Otherwise just wait for his demands to lower?

Last season, when I did alright with my team, I also played Lawson and Smith, and then Rondo and Smith on low minutes. (Sometimes they played big minutes, but that was the game not me, I had put in low minutes every game.)
Giving Smith 28 minutes will be a raise for him, as he did 18,6 ppg (with 13,4 shot, as his FG% was 58, league 7th) with 25,8 minutes.

Yes, I will probable be the last team in 3 points made (made more 3 pointers than you, last season ;) )

Opponents made 456 3PT against HOU (21st in 3PT def), agains me 350 3PT made (7th in 3PT def). Will try to be top 3 this season, so if I don't shoot, I will not let others do it also ;)
Zone is good against teams that are bad at 3PT but do it, I don't shoot 3PT, I attact the zone another way :D

And I only have 43 minutes for rookies, Smith is backed with Green, and MKG is really backed by Kyle, Kyle aslo plays SG, just put him to PG, as he will play that too. :P
